/ To work with appliers, rez both the body and head. Remove the default head and inner mouth (head mod includes tongue and teeth mesh). Rename the head to "dwarf drgn HEADANDNECK" and link it to the body.

another really nice head
another to add to my collection this one is really nice and makes a good base dragon snout then the default atc head.
