e*K makes every effort to provide a clear, detailed description of each product in a marketplace listing.

Once an item enters a customer’s inventory, we have no way of reclaiming the item from your inventory, thus no way to reclaim the value as in a “real world” return or exchange. A such, e*K is not able to provide refunds for items that were mistakenly purchased, purchased under the assumption that the item was compatible with another, without first having asked us, nor for items that were purchased under the assumption that it was compatible with any deformer that the customer might own, or under the assumption that every item modeled by an avatar in our advertisement photographs are included for sale in that particular listing.

Double purchases of the SAME ITEM LISTING are eligible for refunds pending verification.

We the copyright holders of all e*K designs DO NOT give any user permission to obtain our models or data through ripping software, or any means whatsoever, for any purpose. This includes (but is not limited to): uploading and using e*K's copyrighted content for other games, to sell on Second Life, or to sell on any third-party sites regardless of if you have purchased the product.
Purchasing the product for use on Second Life DOES NOT constitute purchasing any portion of a copyright or license.

The mere visibility of items including but not limited to: avatars, hairs, clothing, accessories, and textures modeled by our avatars in our photos is not to be construed as that we created, are claiming to have created the items, or offering them for sale.
When and only when we specifically claim that an item is included, created, or sold by e*K in our advertisement, is it actually the case.

For the customer’s convenience, items that ARE created or sold by e*K which may be visible in our advertisement photo, or appropriate versions of the same item for a different body type are listed below in the “related items” section of the marketplace listing.

Please ask any and all questions that you may have about a product and give us the opportunity to prevent such mistakes from being made. Once items have been paid for we must abide by this policy.
