1 item ServerConfig Notecard (FulPerm)
1 item Updater Terminal ( FullPerm)

1 item Client Script (COPY/TRANS) (after the edit, the COPY will be made.)

1 item Update Box (FullPerm) (COPY/MOD will be made after editing. The box must be COPY/MOD. If there is a problem in the future, the new server key will be pasted into the ClientConfig notecard in the box).

client script and config update box.
Use these boxes, or take scripts from your inventory and use them in your own boxes.

boxes respond only to the owner's tap. they do not respond to other taps.

With 1 server script you can update more than one of your products.

Open Config Notecard. write the names and version numbers of your products.
prepare 1 Client script box for each packaged product. Edit the ClientConfig notecard. write the name of the product in the name field of the client box.

place the customer box inside the product box.
your product is ready for sale.
purchasers of your product can activate the update box with rez or touch.
If there is a new updated version, it will be delivered to them.
* Please ‘CHANGE’ the properties for the client script and box that will go to the customer.
Client Script ‘COPY’
Client Box ‘COPY/MOD’ ‘Cannot edit config without mod.’
After boxing your products, do not forget to put the update (client) box inside.
Move your boxed products to the server terminal. You can move and update 150 products.
If the version is the same, no product will be given. If the version is old, a new product will be given.
If server > tomato,1.0.0 // client > tomato,1.0.0 // client > tomato,1,0,0, no product will be given.
If server > tomato,1.0.2 // client > tomato,1.0.0, a new product will be given.

Attention, this is very important!!!
the server key will be cancelled when you take the update server terminal into your inventory and rez it again.
the products you sell cannot be updated.
you need to have a permanent location.

there is a way to overcome the problem with our update boxes.
When the inventoried server terminal is rez'd, tap it and copy the server key.
The server key will be pasted into the ClientConfig inside the update boxes in your clients. you can send this key to your clients via message. they will continue to receive updates.
paste the new server key into the ClientConfig note card inside the update box in your products in the terminal.
