[eXe] Rental System 1 Panel Multiple shops

You can arrange fast and convenient rentals for all your events in one place.

Shopping centers, stores, clubs, Event, gardens Sky Home has a great rental system.
You will place 1 rental panel in your office on the parcel you rent.
You will edit the configuration note card.
Add multiple rental areas.
Store 1|Store 2|Store 3|Store 4|Store 5.............|Store 50|Store 60
SkyHome A|SkyHome B|SkyHome C|SkyHome D|SkyHome E...........
Customers will come to your office to rent.
There will be no rental box in front of each area.
You will save on prims.
If you rent stores and homes, you can set up one panel for stores and one panel for homes.
Since the rental panels are not synchronized, you can use separate panels for different purposes.
The text visible at the top of the rental panel is the visible panel name you entered in the panel name section.

While the panel is in use, i.e., when there are registered tenants, the “Reset All” button cannot be used. It completely deletes the tenants.
You can only make inventory changes and edit the configuration note card. Tenants are not deleted.
The “Reset Store” button can be used when there are tenants.

This panel shows how to use the rental panel in diagram form. You can choose not to use it or add your own diagram.

Place this panel on the wall of the store or elsewhere.
When the store is rented, the “rented” texture on the front of the panel will be active.
When the store is available, the “available” texture will be active.
During the delay period, the “Overdue” texture will be active.
You can change the textures.
You can choose not to use this panel if you wish.
In the Name section of these panels, you will write the store names you specified on the config notecard.

Panel TELEPORT
The panel you put on the wall of the shop is used for teleportation.
It is used to go from the shop to the office.
Those who want to rent the shop can teleport directly to the office by touching the panel.
Leave one landmark inside.
The second line of the panel's name will be the landmark name “TP to Office.”
Write the shop's name in the Name section; the shop's name will appear in the top row. “Shop 01”

Office TELEPORT
Next to the rental panel, there is a teleportation device for going to stores.
Place landmarks with the names of the stores inside the teleportation device.
After the tenant has made the payment, they will touch the teleportation device, and
the store buttons will appear in the menu. Then they will click on the button to go to their stores.

*Reset Shop.
you reset only one space of your choice.

*Reset All.
resets the entire rent panel.

*Rent New button
New Rent button. List of available shops for rent. Click on the shop button you have selected. Payment options will appear. Click on one of the options. Then right-click on the panel and pay the fee for the payment method you have selected.

Stores with tenants are not listed.

The tenant rents an additional new space outside their own space.

*Grace period.
Allows a delay for the time you set.

*Manager.
Uses permissions close to owner permissions.
