[eXe] Unlimited Chat relay extender

Two or three per parcel is sufficient.
Used crosswise.
No intermediary names are used.
Avatars see normal messages.
Only the text color changes.
Does not need to be visible on the surface.
Can be placed quite deep below the ground.

Type Object description range 64 > 128 > 256 > + > 4096

Sync objects extend the chat.
If there are no sync objects at a distance, the chat is not extended there.
If the chat is on the ground and there is no sync object at 4000 meters, the chat will not reach 4000 meters.
If you do not want the chat to be extended, sync prims are removed from the parcel.
The chat display is the normal chat display.
The chat is only white. There are no dots before names. Names are not clickable.
The chat relayed by the chat extender does not look ugly.
