esk-imo has been closed for many years, there is NO customer service on this item as some of the co-creators of esk-imo have quit SL, buy at your own risk.
This item was created long before mesh or standard gacha-events even existed. It is very outdated and I don't even suggest using it, however there are requests very often for this item so I put it here free as a courtesy. There is no value to this item and if you bought it from a re-seller they did not have permission to do that, just saying. You as the next customer, do not also have permission to re-sell this item.
This includes every color that was available.
TLDR: Old junk, free now, no customer service for free items.
