There are a few important points you should be aware of:

1- Since this item is a mesh, you need to have a mesh enabled viewer in order to see it correctly!

2- Also have in mind that if you resize the mesh or link it to complex prims such as spheres, cylinders, hollowed prims or scripted prims, it can have a different land impact than you find in the version included. This is a problem inherent to ALL meshes. The more complexity associated with the mesh, the bigger will be the land impact. However, if you link it only to simple prim cubes, the chances are, the land impact will decrease. In any case, be extra careful linking meshes to other prims!

3- This item can be retextured if you wish to apply your own textures. However, to do this, do not change the textures of the whole mesh. Instead, SELECT THE FACES you wish to change and replace the textures you like. There may be other ready-to-use textures available in my inworld store, so you can always visit and check!

4- If the item you purchased appears as no modify, it is most likely because of a script, but when placed inworld, it should be modifiable!
