High in the clouds, silent feathers cut through the cold, crisp air.
Nyxus is a mythical flier, pulling behind it the veil of night and whisking it away with the coming of dawn.
These Nyxus wings will allow you to fly with fully animated and rigged mesh-built wing arms. like a harpy,
wearing these wings will replace your avatar's arms. but like your normal avatar, you will be able to use any
animations already in SL (or of your own making) to move the mesh and take advantage of the wings' ability
to open and close.
included in this box is not only the basic AO with 10 custom animations, but all these animations mod/copy. this
means you can place them into other AOs or combat systems, poseballs, or whereever else you see fit.
if you would like to make your own animations: move the hand/wrist backwards towards the pinky side to fold
up the wings, and move in the opposite direction to open them extra wide.
also included is the texture itself, mod/copy, as well as a blank UV unwrap so that you can make your own
textures or modify the existing one if you so choose.
you can also change the size of the wings to some degree using the SL shape sliders. try using the arm
length slider and the hand size slider.
finally, please note that the mesh does not form a perfect union with the base avatar. you may find the need to
cover that up with a prim or something, as I can't do anything about it at the moment. attaching something to
the shoulders should work just fine. additionally, I've done a little extra shaping of the tips of the feathers
along the silhouette edge to make them rounder and smoother. however, there's currently a bug that makes
the mesh disappear completely if shadows are enabled on your viewer. therefore, I've included two versions
of each wing colour. don't use the alpha version if you have shadows enabled.

Amazing Harpy Wings!
Works great with the "Grendels Children: Harpies v.3" (Only 50L) If you are looking for more animations!
Only thing that would make this better if it came with some foot animations for like eating and drinking like a bird. (love that as a side pack too!)
Animations are so-so.
I was looking for some harpy specific animations so I took a gamble on these. Sadly they aren't any better than a batch of animations that I bought for 20 linden each. Rest of the product is just peachy.
The animations are great
I was most worried about finding good animations for these wings, but thankfully it comes with its own ao that you can take the separate animations from to make your own with.
Not bad
They're truly one of a kind on the MP, can't find anything better. The AO works perfectly with priority three AOs so that way you're just stuck in an awkward crouch all the time, and you can walk with the wings at your sides. I managed to make the wings work with the kemono body, and it really looks good.
These do not fit with masculine mesh avatars though, and can look rather horrifying. It doesn't help that the shoulders look very tense, just kind of stick up awkwardly.
Still have the best wings on the MP, so you've got that going for you. A set of matching claws would be amazing.
