fade glowing faces (private license)

this script is for setting up a synchron or non-synchron glow fade for some faces of your prim/mesh.
this license is for your private builds only (a creators version with trans is to find in store)

the setup is done by a notecard with a few settings
- synchron/non-synchron glow fade of faces
- which faces
- min/max glow rate
- timer rate
- strength of fade (instant/smoother)
- toggle running by owner click yes/no

this script does no light effects or fading!
if you need light flickering, please ask me or scripter of your choice..
