I bought this set about a month ago...
...and found an issue with the color HUD.
I notecarded the creator and waited several days--no response;
I resent the notecard and I STILL have had no response!
More than a month with no customer service is totally unacceptable and I wish I could give zero stars. And yes, customer service is part of the review process. It's not JUST about the item that was bought
Personally, arrogant creators are the bane of my 2nd Life, second only to griefers but that's a whole 'nother kettle of fish. Yeah, arrogant creators--they'll sell you something and then that's it, you're on your own regardless of bugs and faults. After reading the previous review I had hoped this person was different but she has proved that to not be the case.
