A nice product for the price. Ficus trees are hard to come by but in real-life every office and break room has at least one. If you are looking for realism in your build I'd have at least one of these somewhere if you have prims. The LI on this is 29 which is a bit high in my opinion. I think it could be lower but if you own a quarter region you won't care anyway.
