floating scifi home Version 1

a lot of time and effort has gone into making sure the buildings are aligned properly and take as little impact as possible.

Included two sealed skybox buildings

1/the main building has 3 rooms, sits inside 64x64 area, if required it is possible to unlink one of the windows to convert a room into a docking area. (edit-linked>unlink>delete)

2/this is a smaller 21 impact version of the above with two rooms removed to save on both space and land impact
