a small forest cabin footprint total is 40x40 can be trimmed down to smaller plot.
prims with all you see in picture is arround 230 can be slimmed down to 150 without all the trees and furniture.
the furniture has a couple animations in it and is modd so you can had your won as wel.
building is modd aswel, any problems with perms please IM me and i will correct it.
Unpack it and open it into inventory rezz it and click build that simpel move the box to move the whole structure lock it to save it in place and than you can edit the build.
