This filter is supposed to work in a similar manner to the built-in dropout filter, however modifying the message in a slightly different manner akin to a noisy phone line trying to load a BBS in the 1980s.
Given a probability value, each character may be replaced by a short string of junk in the extended ASCII range (accented characters, block characters etc), with or without dropping out.
In the battery mode, the probability is calculated by the battery level, the glitches start happening below 50% and increase in rate the lower your unit's battery is.
This script is meant for use with Nanite Systems' Companion 8.4.
