full perm scrunchie #3 - Li 1 (add)

Unfortunately, the scrunchie textures you'd need to upload to your computer for photoshop are No Copy and No Mod. I did reach out to the creator and didn't hear back, but what's a full perm item without full perms? I mean, I guess, if you want to use it exactly as it is then it's ok, but if you wanted to be able to edit it you can not.
