Island and tree are not linked each other.
So you can walk around top of the island, you will come through tree.

total land impact 31 by default, when rock is 19x16x16 meters.

each land impact is:
rock : 7
tree : 1 - 67

Note:
If you shrink rock too small, land impact will increase.
However, no worry. in very small size, please set
Physics Shape Type : Convex Hull
It will keep low land impact.
