Remember to turn off all AO's, hand animations and ankle locks for the pose to reflect proper. The body types used most while creating are: (f) Reborn and (m) Legacy.
Some poses come with props, you may need to edit them to line up correctly.
Because we are all so different, keep in mind that you can edit poses to meet your specific body using pose huds (like Animare, Anypose, or viewers with posers built in). I suggest you "Unlink" the couples/group pose balls and adjust each avatar individually for best results.
