These legs are sculpted prims not mesh and the clothing layers only work with the classic avatar.
Part of the Ice Shift which are all textured to to match each other the Frozen Hands Come with an ice glove layer and a alpha layer to hide your avatar's hands. These hand re-placers will only work properly on a SL viewer that is alpha layer capable.
