ability to change who can operate this vehicle you can do this by touching drivers seat and selecting option you wish from drop down menu
default is 2 - Owner
0 - All people
1 - Group
2 - Owner
3 - Avatars
can also set permission to use this vehicle by turning password on.
0 - All people - <- everyone.
1 - Group - applies to group vehicle is rezzed in and active group tag on avatar.
2 - Owner - <- you the owner of vehicle.
3 - Avatars - add avatars name to nc within drivers seat or from drop down menu (adding name from menu is temp adding name to nc is good till you remove name from nc) and loading the avatar db.
changed engine sounds as well as the greeting for pilot and power down message if you prefer the original ones pull a copy from your original version and replace the ones that are in the new version.
Light beam is now phantom.
