The pack provides you with 2 swimming pools : one without water to include in terraforming 7 prims (the water will be provided by the parcel itself), one with water to use within a skybox or a build (8 prims).
make sure that you know how to terraform before opting for the 1st option. I do not provide terraforming assistance. No extended terraforming skills are required, though.
