This is box you can use to store items and share them with your group. Each group member can open and put items inside - or take items. Object owner can also rezz stored item up to box. Box can be renamed in menu and object description field is also part of hover text - could be for example name of farm.
This item is copyable - so you can rezz pieces as much as you need.
