Go in a place you own or where you are allowed to rezz items.

Rezz the item "((BOXED))" on ground, then right click on it , open, copy all contents in your inventory.
3)*************************
Now that you have all items in your inventory folder, rezz on ground the item "-anchor", click on it and pick "REZZ" from the drop down menu, the house will be rezzed. now move the anchor with the arrows and place it where you wish.When you are happy with the position , click on the anchor and pick "FINISH" from menu. Now you can delete the anchor but CAREFULL once you hit finish you can not move or derezz the house anymore.
