[ht+] short leg casts FATPACK Version 1.0

This is the FATPACK version of the short leg casts, including both versions with and without toe plate!

Managed to break your foot, or both? No worries, a few weeks in a cast (or two) and you'll be as good as new!

- 6 base skin colours (4 natual tones, vampire and plain white)
- skintone HUD to fine-tune skin and nail colour
- individual cast scribbles for each leg (full perm template texture included to create your own scribbles)
- hide or show cast scribbles, tint scribbles to 14 colours via menu (or manually to any colour)
- alpha layer & fullperm alpha texture included (PLEASE NOTE: due to SL limitations, the alpha layer will hide BOTH feet)
