A+ for quick service and great work

When I first ordered the product and opened in-world. I noticed that they lacked the materials. So I contacted them and let them know. It wasn't maybe 15 minutes before I got a quick reply. Something somewhere hiccuped and the product never got updated. They fixed it though. This is why its so important to say something when something seems wrong. These rugs are very nicely made. The materials look great, and I've searched everywhere for a large living room rug with low impact. Its a generous size. Thank you Raven and Corvus for all the hard work.
