1. re-delivery / exchange conditions

Human accepts refunds on double purchased products eligible for refund with receipt (proof of double purchase).

Human does not accept returns or exchanges.

We only allow refund/redelivery of the same product, same price and the same size/color/tone that was purchased. If you would like to receive a different product or the same product in a different size/color/tone instead, please try a demo and purchase a new product.

2. refund / redelivery process

To receive a refund in the case of a double purchase or a redelivery if you did not receive a product, you must inform us of your issue by creating a help ticket in the official "human+" discord or a notecard.

3. refunds / exchanges

Upon proof of double purchase of a product for which a refund was requested, we will inspect to ensure that the refund conditions specified are met. Subject to the product meeting those conditions, a refund will be made for a double purchase only. However, refunds/exchanges are not available for any products.

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment and in the same currency as purchase.
