Human accepts refunds on double purchased products eligible for refund with receipt (proof of double purchase).

To receive a refund in the case of a double purchase or a redelivery if you did not receive a product, you must inform us of your issue by creating a help ticket in the official "human+" discord or a notecard.

refunds / exchanges

Upon proof of double purchase of a product for which a refund was requested, we will inspect to ensure that the refund conditions specified are met. Subject to the product meeting those conditions, a refund will be made for a double purchase only. However, refunds/exchanges are not available for any products.
