The Insanity Rental System 2.0 has all the features you need, without any laggy web communications you don't. It is easily set up with a notecard, but all settings are also available through touch menu controls. Whether you have just one parcel, or several dozen mall spaces, this system can get the job done for you without eating up your script time. It is designed for renting out parceled land, but will work for unparceled land too. It is perfect for skyboxes, as it only gives a landmark once the tenant has paid the box. All rental data is stored in the prim description, so it will survive sim restarts and crashes, and you can even take it into your inventory and re-rez it without losing the data! You can also load new notecards into any of the components without resetting the scripts.

The prim counter WILL NOT function on individually-owned land. It must be group-owned land to take advantage of the prim counter feature.

Fixed a glitch with teleporters. New instructions for teleporters: Do not take object back into inventory, move it to its location after you sync it with the rent box.

You keep 100% of the rent you collect. This system does not take any commission whatsoever.
