Just as described and for the price, it's excellent. Great for use as a car parking area or other basement requirements.
I suppose, being able to modify would be nice, but I haven't had the need to do so.

Nice skybox.
Just have to rez and get in, and you have a decent skybox with fine collision! The two small rooms you find through small corridors are a nice touch, giving fun options to place things out of the way!
