Howdy I'm the creator of I-Reckon Products.
This is a nice guardrail you can put at areas around your road that are dangerous. Its always a great thing to do for the people who visit your sim. Making sure your patrons are safe is YOUR responsibility :). JK people can't get hurt in SL but..... it does add to the dimension of play in an RP area, or just a place you want to look a bit more realistic with some detail at low prim.
