This scout tower is pretty cool. You can climb up the ladder normally cause I've angled it.. OR you can touch it and it will spawn or rez a ball for you to sit on. Once sat it will look like your climbing up a real ladder. Once at the top you will unsit and be standing.
Its a great tower for looking out or to watch over your fort, or bunker area. It works great in apocalyptic, or apocalypse places with post war or where ever you RP and fight. It is even good for setting out to get just a little higher position to snipe someone out.
Its approximately 15m tall.
