So, this item was designed to be compatible with the AESTHETIC Advanced Mesh Body by Niramyth Productions (www.niramyth.com).
That being said, I have HEARD that other avatars have been able to wear it as well; HOWEVER - I don't know this to be a fact, and that use is NOT supported.
Be that as it may - if you'd like to see if YOU can get it to work, feel free to grab a demo and play around. If it works, cool. If it doesn't - well, you have something cool to wear to your next Demo Party.
Same goes for the SL default avatar or any other mesh avatar.
