iP Visionz - WEATHERED SHACK & DOCK, is a great place to hold various fishing events, dock your boat or jet ski. Add furniture and set your viewer to midnight and the shack makes a unique chill spot.
The build is richly textured in time worn wood and fits in a 31x34m space and is 107 prims. It has removable row boat and lighted ceiling fans.
The shack rest on pylons so you can place it on the water or on uneven terrain or hillside. It comes in a rezz box for easy placement.
