-[iSculpt] Full perms Sculpt Shopping Cart - Sculpt Maps - Makers Kit [BOXED]

Three concerns (each costing a star): (1) the slope of the cart is too severe (about 45 degrees) - the front side is half as tall as the back. VERY unnatural looking. (2) The frames (it looks like all three are the same sculpt but are named differently) are not lined up well at all, very jagged at corners, poor craftsmanship. (3) No response from the builder when I wrote him. I finally gave up and rebuilt the sides myself using my prim oven, and also replaced the top frame. The handle, casters, and bottom frame are okay. I was finally able to use this product so it wasn't a total loss, but it took me a while to repair the substandard parts. As a complete kit, however, this product falls way short of acceptable workmanship. That and the lack of customer service renders this a very disappointing buy. If the builder replies to me at some point with a satisfactory response I will consider editing my review.
