MESH WARNING:
This house is built with mesh, so you need Viewer 3 or some else viewer capable.
Mesh are not like prims, if you resize or/and unlink a mesh could increase the prims count.
House is linked and setted to optimize the LI count. Of course items are mod, so you are able to unlink them, but keep in mind that by doing this, will increase the LI.
Mesh textures dont work like textures of prims, because usually mesh have only some faces or just one.
Saying all this, be careful how you change and modify your home and enjoy it :)

Love the house but glitch!
I love this house, but it has a glitch when you walk into the bathroom. I have asked the creator for an update but no response! Surprise I do not see more buyers talking about this issue.
LOVE IT!
For some reason, I wasn't able to see this in-world (probably user error) but I bought it anyway. Some of the furnishings aren't to my taste but I removed them and kept the ones I liked unstead of using the unfurnished version. It rezzed easily and was easy to modify. The price isnt bad for what you get- I didn't have any errors or issues with it. The textures look good but I run the old SL viewer on low/medium. I do really like the ourside area. The home is perfect for my tiny plot. Thank you!
Great house but not at the current price
I think this house is really nice.
At first I chose the furnished version, but I replaced almost all of the furniture.
I've also spent the last few days mending all the construction errors.
Edges do not line up properly and textures are so superimposed that they flicker all the time. For L $ 99 when I bought it, it was worth the money. For the time that you have to spend to make it more beautiful, it is too expensive and you have more beautiful things to offer.

What is it to say when we try to contact people and the first thing on their profiles are "we don't give customer support" and "seek support from... [someone else that is NOT the creator and unless has free access to the creator's inventory, CANNOT FIX THINGS!!] " And I say that as a creator myself. It doesn't matter how nice and helpful is your CSR, if they can't access inventory then they cannot help!!
So I love most of these people's homes, but sometimes bugs happen. And YES I contacted the creator with my "issues", more than once, in more than an item, including this house, but NO, they will NOT reply, since they are NOT always available to solve problems because, as stated in their profile, they don't offer customer support.
Bullshit!!
