➤ LOD depends on your viewer. This item is tested with Firestorm.
This house is built with mesh,
➤If you resize or/and unlink a mesh could increase the prims count.
➤House is linked and setted to optimize the LI count. Of course item is mod, so you are able to unlink it, but keep in mind that this could increase the LI.
➤Mesh textures dont work like textures of prims, because usually mesh have only some faces or just one.
