Mesh are not like prims, if you resize a mesh could increase the prims count.
House is linked and setted to optimize the LI count. Of course items are mod, so you are able to unlink them, but keep in mind that by doing this, will increase the LI.
Mesh textures dont work like textures of prims, because usually mesh have only some faces or just one.

An elegant yet cozy home
It's inviting, and a place where you'd want to live. Impressive visual quality. The furnished version is great, but I've been using the unfurnished one, as furnishing this nice living place has been part of the fun.

This is another great house by inverse. Honestly I can say they never disappoint. You get a spacious living are, open rooms and a pool with animations all for very low prims. Its such an added bonus you are given a furnished and unfurnished version. I always rezz the furnished and pull any pieces I like out for use. Then I use the unfurnished house giving me lots of prims for my own belongings. The price for what you get is also a great value and deal. There is an easy to use security system included in the price as well. These houses are so reasonable (they do have sales sometimes even more of a bonus) that you can afford to change your home when the spirit moves you. I would tell anyone trying to decide to buy an inverse house to do it. Take a look inworld to seal the deal you can rez any house and have a walk thru.

HOUSE WITH AWESOME VIEWS!
I have been hunting for a glass house this is pretty close to the ticket! I got the house on the Promo and what a find. I was not sure i would like the green but i am so happy i got his house it turns out to be a very peaceful and cool house. And in my crazy inventory i had garden furniture that accents the green and looks awesome.
I wanted to be able to see all around the land and gardens i have done and the beach, this house fits the ticket. wonderful views every part of the house. I really like the lighting fixtures very different and huge compliments from friends.Textures are spot on. Very modern but a great clean build.
I started with the furnished version took the furniture and did remove the base due too my own landscape but am keeping it for the future. I have planted my own garden in front and it shows the house off even more. i like the modern look and trim used in this build its light and airy and just fun to be in the house.
The two pool chairs are a bit off i sit backwards in the chair but that is so minor and is an easy fix with other chairs. The animations are ummm very good!
I love the upstairs landing/patio spacious and lot of fun to decorate with potted flowers and furniture. This house will be up for a while i really love it. at least it will be up till the next surprise from Novocaine comes along.
I bought my first home in SL from Novocaine many years ago and struggling with how to do Novocaine was most gracious and very patient in her help with me and i have never forgotten that . I am sure if i needed her she would be there again to help. I love her work I have many of her homes and all have been very unique and most fun. She give a lot of bang for the bucks so to speak.
