Mesh are not like prims, if you resize a mesh could increase the prims count.
Item is linked and setted to optimize the LI count. Of course items are mod, so you are able to unlink them, but keep in mind that by doing this, will increase the LI.
Mesh textures dont work like textures of prims, because usually mesh have only some faces or just one.
Saying all this, be careful how you change and modify your item and enjoy it :)

Yes, it is low prim, yes it resizes nicely without a huge prim impact, but the texture is not pleasing. It is grey tones, not exactly a warm sunny beach. There are a few fuzzy blobs of green marks which I assume is suppose to be grass clumps and sticks? Brown lines of some sort. I tried tinting to warm it up a bit, but that made it worse. At this point I will simply retexture it myself. Quite usable, was able to create a linked double island for my L shaped property and worked fine with the ability to walk down into the water with the sloping sides. I would love to see this item upgraded with a texture change option...better sand, perhaps grass and snow for those of us who love seasonal changes.
Great little island!
I bought this island to use with some of the waterfall privacy screens and they compliment each other perfectly. Textures look good with the baked shadows It's easy to resize and adjust. As always with inVerse, you get great bang for the buck!
