Greetings,
Thank you for your interest in this product!
I've noticed that whilst there are many pre-built skyboxes, there aren't really any that allow you to really play around and create your own scene - this kit, whilst fully capable of making a skybox all on its own, can also be used with other skyboxes!
This item is intended for those pre-acquainted with the Second Life build menu (CTRL+B)!
However, I will do my best to explain the more particular bits and pieces of this kit.

Suggestion:
Size up a prim to the size of your parcel, take note of your land impact usage and then move to a good sandbox to set up your scene, picking it up once finished and then you have a full backup of your scene!
PARTS LIST:
---------
[SKYBOX] x2
This should be an obvious one for most people, this item is where both your home and all the rest of this package should be enclosed within - this is the start of your night city scene!
---------
[BUILDING GREEBLES] x10
Greebles, in the cinematic industry at least, are defined as small, non-specific objects upon a larger scene to create the illusion of complexity!
You will use these in your skybox, outside your window/balcony/whatever view you have to create a larger-than-life scene - remember to use both LARGE and SMALL greebles; smaller=further away, look at the example skybox for inspiration!
---------
[ROAD GREEBLES] x5
These are my favourite set, these little tiny roads actually have two-way traffic on them.
A tip would be to keep the red traffic travelling away from your view, thus being a lot more believable to those who are paying that little extra attention!
---------
[CLOUDLAYER] x4
The cloudlayer contains a few different items:
- Busy Cloudlayer
The busy cloudlayer is your flying vehicles, tiny little lights which dance in all directions
- Literal Cloudlayer
For those who'd like to use clouds within their scene
- Literal Busy Cloudlayer
A mixture of the above so alpha issues are less prominent.
- Ultralit Cloudlayer
Wholly recommended - intended to be used as a break-up layer for the bottom of the skybox and really sell the illusion!
Note you may get alpha issues if you use ALPHA BLENDING on multiple items, this mostly applies to using both the Ultralit and Literal cloud layers, the busy cloud layer is usually fine.
Love this!
Every part of this is well made and I was happy to see the example included. This was easy to place and make exactly as I had pictured. Satisfied with this kit!
