[Ity.] Sailor Chibi Chibi Scepter

This is Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon's scepter based on the comic book version. It is a simple scepter with an orbiting ring, which is scripted to spin and wobble around the heart!
The scepter is about 2 foot 7 inches long.

I've grown up watching Sailor Moon and I am very happy with this product. I can also change the colours of it as well, which is super nice when wanting it to match my outfit. Great buy. :)
