This is a set of hair ornaments, or kanzashi, similar to those worn by maiko (apprentice geisha) near the beginning of their careers. It includes 5 pieces:
Bira-bira/Ohgi - With flexi silver dangles, worn on the right front of the hairstyle for all formal occasions throughout the maiko's career.
Kanokodome - Worn on the bun (mage) part of the wareshinobu hairstyle by young maiko. This can be in many different shapes, but the one in this set is a simple wheel shape.
Tachibana Nezashi - leaves and berries worn on the back right of the hairstyle. Senior maiko sometimes choose their own style here, but the tachibana style is still commonly warn.
Jade Tama kanzashi - worn on the back left of the hairstyle in summer.
Coral Tama kanzashi - worn on the back left of the hairstyle in winter.
