The colors on the prim means this:

* White: lower as 80%
* Green: Higher as 80% but lower as 85%
* Yellow: Higher as 85% but lower as 90%
* Red: Higher as 90% but lower as 95%
* Purple: Higher as 95%
* You get with 99% or more a alarm in your local screen for reducing.
* After a sim restart get you IM in local

Looks to your stats of you place, like:
Server data has place name, counts of AV's, avaible prims, used prims, FPS avg, dilation avg, sim lag and two last restarts of the sim.
