Axis lock sends the rezzer to defined x y or z coordinates when it is first placed. ie a half region racetrack going east to west you would want it to snap to the middle of the region y coordinate, a tall build that spans 3000+ meters in you would want to rezzer to go to 2048m on z.

Global bounds allows you to scale your build to touch specfied boundary dimensions.

Parent settings like auto rez, auto scale, and auto delete can be set.
