To customize this sign, simply replace the image in the prim with another image of the same name. If you want to change the name of the image, you will have to update the name in the code.
Adjust the XYZ of these functions if you want to change the scale of your image:
PSYS_PART_START_SCALE, <4,2,0>,
PSYS_PART_END_SCALE, <4,2,0>,

The prim is very small and located in the center of the particle sign. use CTRL-ALT-T to view transparent and zoom in.

Demonstration of how to make a particle sign. The primary advantage a particle sign has over a prim is that it always points at the reader. Particles are viewer oriented instead of world oriented. This means if 36 avatars stand in a 360 degree circle around a particle sign. Every one of those 36 avatars will see the sign as facing them.

The disadvantage is the size limitation is 4x4 M where a prim can be much larger at 64x64 M.
Also a particle sign takes a little longer to show in the viewer.
