I did not create this gacha item, so I cannot refund or redeliver it. I am just re-selling a no copy gacha item, and don't have the means to replace items that are lost or broken. This is standard policy for gacha re-sellers on MarketPlace.
My listings come to you via the new Viewer-Managed delivery system, which means that my items are no longer sent to customers through a magic box. They are delivered from my inventory to yours with no risk of loss.
If you are concerned, please contact me in world via a notecard, and I will be happy to do the transaction manually and not through Marketplace
