An expansion add on with upper deck for you grand view linden home, Grand windows face wrong direction ? here is a fix with huge windows on the opposite side , with three levels of living space. Teleport back door on ground level, also remedying the no back door issue. Rez in edit more as the two teleport doors can not be linked and place so placement prim fit main doorway as shown in photo
To match colors of any External linden home siding , you simply select the face of the mesh ad on siding, then pressing shift , you select also the color of the linden home external siding, it will change the ad on siding to match then linden home siding color.as far as aligning the add on you simply align the wood prim to the gran view door as shown and explained on the marketplace item page

Only matches perfectly if you have the same color that it rezzes with, otherwise good luck matching the colors. internal textures in some parts do not line up at all. literal pain in the butt to get placed right, and then it just looks like it doesn't belong on the back side of this linden home.
I have an addon that i paid 250L for, that matches better with the Grand View home...
It is almost like the creator got the outside looking fab, and then either forgot, or said screw the inside. don't waste your linden on this.

I had a couple of problems with this but they are being addressed by the creator who was nice enough to offer a refund.
The textures match wonderfully, it looks like a real part of the house and really gives you more space.
Very nice mod for the Grand View..worth the price
This really did make a great add on. The solution to the lack of a rear door on the house is simple yet innovative. Looks great once aligned and matched to the house and some very creative thought went into it. You end up with an extended back section with a second big viewing window, a small room that could be used as a bathroom, which you could even replicate the "teleport doors" to access so no takeaway from the original upper floor for a bathroom. Also a cozy loft in back for privately enjoying the view window.
Would give 4.5 stars if i could. Was a bit difficult to rez and align. It is delivered as a coalesced object so took about three tries to get it to rez on the parcel without it creeping over in to Linden territory and rejecting. Had to manually rotate and align.
Some glitches in alignment on the deck in the front of the house. This was due to the design of the house itself not being aligned properly with the base (moles did that part), so probably should have done a mesh up there instead of attempting it with prims.
Door scripts were delivered modifiable so this is worthy of +.5. But can't add .5 unfortunately.
Bottom line: Looks great overall...you will likely be pleased with it, assuming it is the type of mod you need.
