Product pretty nice but scripts inside are high on the lag side. I have tried to contact this seller through im's and notecards multiple times for 2 weeks with no response even when they are online. It is no mod so if you plan on buying this to set out on land as decor, the scripts will cost you in lag. I requested a mod version or for him to at least maybe take out the scripts but after 2 weeks of filling out notecards and im's, I just gave up.
