m((_3Trios GoingAround SWEETNESS

The m((_3Trios GoingAround series consists of two seamless-tiling patterns and a coordinating semi-solid (very subtle patterning) in 6 color combinations, plus normal and specular maps for enabling materials. In addition to the Full 18-textures TrioSet of the entire series (see link below), each "trio" of pattern/pattern/semi-solid is also available individually.

TERMS OF USE (in brief):
+ All full-perm moon((rest products are for content creation ONLY, whether they were purchased or received as a sample/gift/lucky win.
+ No full-perm moon((rest product may be resold, redistributed or given away with both copy & transfer perms, even if you have altered it.
+ All moon((rest products are for use ONLY in Second Life.

YOU MAY:
+ Modify moon((rest products to better suit your builds/designs.
+ Sell or give away your items in Second Life that use moon((rest products as long as the perms are set to one of these four configurations: copy only, trans only, mod/copy or mod/trans.

TERMS OF USE (detailed):
moon((rest textures, templates, sculpt maps, prims and other full perm materials MAY NOT be given away, resold, repackaged, transferred or otherwise distributed with full perms. They are for use as part of your Second Life creations which may only be given away or sold with partial permissions. These products cannot be used in other virtual worlds; they are only for use in Second Life.

You MAY modify and otherwise apply the textures, templates, sculpt maps, prims and other full perm materials to create your own texture maps to apply to avatars, clothing, prims or mesh, or combine sculpts with other items, which can be used in the clothing, accessories or other builds you then give away or sell in Second Life or on the SL Marketplace provided the items you give away or sell have partial permissions.

Acceptable Partial Permissions:
copy/modify - NO TRANSFER
copy - NO MODIFY / NO TRANSFER
modify - NO COPY / NO TRANSFER
modify/transfer - NO COPY
transfer - NO MODIFY / NO COPY

ALT EXCEPTION: You MAY share the textures, templates, sculpt maps, prims and other full perm materials with one ALT (alternate SL account) provided the ALT is managed exclusively by yourself, and both the ALT and yourself are creating products for the SAME brand. (In other words, if YOU use YOUR ALT to build stuff that ends up in YOUR SL shop, it's okay to share these materials with that ALT for assistance in building YOUR products. If your ALT has its own shop, apart from yours, this kind of material sharing is NOT permitted.)

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Because these materials are offered full perm, there are NO REFUNDS, so please be sure of your purchase selection.
- An exception is made for accidental double-purchases of the exact same item on the same date. In such a case, send an IM to Rhoden Isodo within 7 days with both transaction numbers, and when verified, a refund for the second purchase will be issued inworld.

In the case of failed Marketplace delivery, send an IM to Rhoden Isodo within 7 days with the transaction number. When verified, the purchased item will be hand-transferred to you inworld.
