maneki neko vest textures

Basic modding knowledge on how to use edit to replace textures is needed for these to work.

*The 'Meow' vest has a backwards 'e' due to the texture wanting to mirror what is put on it. But then again.. I doubt cats were born with pencils and pens in paw so I'm sure that can be overlooked. lol
