Meadow FX Coneflowers + Grasshoppers Meadow~

A beautiful hand painted meadow of coneflowers and grasses with some very lively inhabitants! Grasshoppers jump for joy in this one (and chirp too) just like real grasshoppers. But unlike real grasshoppers, you can turn off the sound by simply touching the meadow. This is the perfect meadow for open fields, pastures or any landscape that needs a little something special.

Meadow FX is the next logical step to making your virtual meadows look, sound and feel as natural as possible. I mean, the last time I was in a real meadow (research really), I noticed that there was a whole lot more going on than just plants standing around soaking up the sun. Insects omg! they were everywhere and all singing, jumping, chirping, crawling or fluttering about.

The Meadow FX series from meadowWorks incorporates and celebrates the teeming ecosystem of the meadow by adding sounds and movement and yes, insects!

All particle Meadow FX have been very carefully tweaked to look as natural as possible. And all FX are very subtle. These are NOT poofers that emit an endless stream or cloud of thousands of particles, and they do not travel on the Second Life wind, (so they won't bug your neighbors or drift through the walls of your house).

Meadow FX are specially designed to blend with other meadows and plantings. They have a sparser, more open growth pattern to feature the built in FX. They are the ideal way to transition from the taller meadows to Linden grass and are perfect for wild places, woodlands, and pastures, and along walkways and paths.

Meadow FX have a shape uniquely suited to mixing and matching with each other and with other meadows. These meadows are hexagonal with semi-ragged edges, meaning they cover space with maximum efficiency without sacrificing their natural grown-wild look. But they also schmoosh together really well, so you can create your own unique arrangements. If the FX get a bit dense, or the bugs are getting too thick, you can mix in some other non-particle meadowWorks meadows (but then i would say that).
