Type /meme into chat. This activates the memeguy pose and chat that says "I don't usually ..." You have 5 seconds to type in what you usually don't do. Then the gesture says "... but when I do ..." and you have 10 seconds to complete the sentence with something hilarious. And the pose ends.
The gesture is fully mod so that you can add/subtract to the chat, add/subtract to the wait - whatever.
Example:
"I don't usually ..."
go in for memes
"... but when I do ..."
I make them needlessly complicated and obscure.
